+ How soon can we work together?

Great, so you've made the decision I'm the designer for you! Super excited to get started. So the next big question is when can I fit you in? I generally book a month or two in advance. It's always worth checking to see if I have an opening and booking a discovery call here.

+ What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your place in my design calendar and then you will pay 50% on completion of the work, just before I handover your final identity or website.

I am happy to create a payment schedule so you can pay in instalments if that helps your cashflow, as long as you're all paid up by the time the work is complete, then all is good!

+ I've already got a domain, what do I do?

Nothing for you to do. I'll handle everything. So you can either keep your domain with your current hosting provider or you can transfer to Squarespace, there's pluses and minuses to both scenarios but just know that either is possible. So you can relax, I've got you covered.

+ What about SEO?

I do everything from my side to set you up right. Everything from a SEO standpoint will be sorted to ensure you rank as highly as possible on Google. I'll also pass on tips on how to improve your site rankings.

+ I have a website already, can you just do my identity?

Of course. That's totally fine. Obviously I love to do the whole gig so that everything sings from the same songsheet but I get that that's not always where you're at. So yep, I'd love to create you a fab identity.

+ I have a logo can you just create me a website?

Yep yep yep. I've got you covered. It's obviously easier for me if I'm designing both your identity and website in terms of the creative process I find it just flows better if I've designed everything. BUT of course I'm flexible enough to design with an existing brand, it's all good.
